Emma is committed to providing all clients with an exceptional treatment.
When a client cancels without notice, they prevent another client booking in. Please allow 48 hours notice when canceling an appointment. If prior notice is not given you will be charged a fee for your missed appointment.

This privacy statement is to help you understand what I may do with any personal information you may give me in compliance with the GDPR laws.
What information do I need?
To perform a treatment I need your contact details including your full name, contact number, e-mail address (optional), address and postcode and relevant health information. I also hold appointment history, treatment charges and occasionally treatment photographs with permission.
Why do I need this information?
All the personal data kept on file is what is required to ensure that it is safe to provide you with treatments you may ask for and also for insurance purposes. It also allows me to contact you regarding past/present and future treatment bookings and showcase any work (with your permission)
How Long Will We keep this information for?
I will store your information for 7 years after the date of your treatment. This is required for contractual reasons/ insurance purposes. Due to this I cannot offer you a treatment unless you are willing to share your personal information with me.
Will I Share Your Information?
Your information will not be shared with any third parties or other organisations. I may ask permission to post photos on social media however this is purely an opt-in and permission will be gained beforehand.
How can I contact you?
I would like to send you information about the products and services I offer as well as text or email reminders of appointments using the information you have shared with me, this is not obligatory for you to have a treatment and you may withdraw permission at any time by contacting me.
